48% rank Private Medical Insurance in their top 3 most valued benefits.

Ellipse surveyed 1,005 employees from small to medium UK based businesses and found that 48% valued Private Medical Insurance as one of their most valued benefits.

The study also found that 13% ranked childcare vouchers as one of their top 3 benefits, with cycle-to-work schemes ranking as one of the top with 8%.
